UTD deserved that, looked more threatening. Liverpool pretty much got two chances in the second half and took them. Nice to see them where they are of course
Quite funny near the end. Liverpool fans singing "you Scouse *******" one second, followed by "Rooooneey!!" the next.

Manchester United made that a lot harder then it should have been.
A rash and stupid tackle, twice for two goals, The free kick was just a disaster, sloppy giving it away and stupid in the wall.
Didn't think much to Liverpool today, offered very little. Quite dissapointed in them.
Didn't think United player well either, just Berbatov was class today.
To think he wouldn't of been at United this season if the United fans on here would have been incharge.

Good win for Utd, we offered nothing going forward and they deserved the win. Too many wild passes, too little cohesion and creativity, too little attack.
Not really sure where we go from here, I know we've had a tough set of teams at the start of the season but even so, 16th in the table, 1 point above relegation zone, 1 win so far in the season and (assuming Chelsea win later and you'd expect them to) 10 points behind Chelsea after only 5 games.
Hicks seemingly about to hold onto control of the club but without any funds for stadium or players. Things certainly not looking bright.

We could have won that game. Kudos to Raina and Gerrard, they were excellent. Gerrard was everywhere today. But the passing was very sloppy. It's been like that all season. I think that Liverpool give away possession far too easily, Johnson wasn't that great either today. He made a few decent runs but couldn't cross or pass at all.

Obviously disappointed to lose after coming back from 2-0 down but can't complain too much overall, nor am I that surprised. Before getting our first goal we were embarrassing; just like every game this season we've sat back and invited teams onto us which is all good and well if you're defending properly but Poulsen and Konchesky's positioning is diabolical. O'Shea possibly could have been sent off but the fact that Torres didn't have possesion of the ball gave the ref an excuse to only book him.
Other than showing a bit of something to come back from 2-0, the only other real positive from today was Meireles, who I thought looked very promising.
As for the rest; Berbatov's 2nd goal was stunning but I'm still not sure what was more embarrassing, Webb's performance (in general) or Nani's antics.
