English League Football ** spoilers ** [2nd - 3rd October 2010]

Absolute rubbish. Still unbeaten though :p

I hope Bebe gets a full game at some point, its hard to judge him when he only has a few touches of the ball but he looks sharp.

In fairness that team should still probably win, just didn't perform.

Lol @ atbpx, you'd really want to sack Fergie? :D

Either that or he gets his head out of his arse, decides his first elven and sticks to it and stop messing around like some dithering old fool chopping and changing everyone and everything every sodding match.

The side now doesnt have a system, or a first eleven or a playing style.

Just what is he doing?

Do we play 4-3-3? 4-4-2? 4-5-1? who knows? certainly the players dont.
Who is the sides first elven? whats the teams strike partnership? or center mid pairing?

**** knows.

He never used to do this, it used to be mabye one in, one out, not five in five out, with a new formation and playing style.
Its not as if this way has ever worked for any manager EVER.
Go through Title winning sides of any team and you can name the practically the same 12 to 13 players that would play every league match.

Nice edit :p

Well it's Citys to loose tomorrow. Could go second. A Chelsea/Arsenal draw would be ideal. Still very very early days obviously but a bit more confidence for the team never goes amiss.

This. There is absolutely no consistency in any area of the pitch at the moment, he changes every position on a weekly basis. Maybe he thinks it will confuse our opponents.

That does puzzle me somewhat. I was Cuellar's biggest critic last season but he was being played out of position every single sodding game. Been excellent thus far, no real need to drop him. That kid Albrighton is going to be a superstar I tell you, I've said for years he's going to be a big hit. :)

Fully fit and performing yes.

But what was it, 5 of these players hadn't started a league game this season....

you blend a team, you don't throw them in like that. Everybody and their Gran knows too many fresh faces = no collective. That is exactly how it looked out there, nobody knew what the other was going to do.

Never mind not starting your in-form Striker ffs... whats he resting him for? he's retired from internationals for god sake!

as everybody says, Fergie is losing the plot, and his backup Phelan doesn't have the balls to question him, i want Carlos Queiroz back :(

Bore, Watching Man U = BORING
Sunderland could and should have scored 3 goals in the first half, United didn't have anything to shout for, For a full 80 or so minutes.

It was a similar story in the week against Valencia, Not even creating chances let alone missing them.

I read somewhere that it's been 100+ games since Fergie has fielded a 11 that has played for a couple of games in a row, Everytime i happen to watch Man U they've always got a totally diferent 11 every single time.
Is United's squad that good for it to be constantly tinkered with?

Fergie's losing the plot if he even remotely thinks it's the case, This squad resembles the one from a couple of years back, When they had Smith, Kleberson, Djemba, Fortune etc.

Average to say the least.

Dunne had a hell of a game for your lot Dazza.

Yeah Dunne was solid for us today, Heskey looked really promising until the injury, It seems Carew has turned into the new Heskey heh. Another great game for Albrighton also love his play & so glad he's in the first team a lot more now.

Collins should have been off with that tackle on Lennon. Some dirty tackles from us today I must say, We need to cool down a bit I think.

Well deserved win from Spurs, But we should have done better when we were 1 - 0 up always the same though heh.

He's been Heskeyfied :(

Chelsea, Sunderland, Birmingham, Fulham, Blackpool our next 5. 9 points minimum from that lot.

The decision for Ferguson to get Bebe instead of VdV is becoming stranger (I realise it probably wasn't as easy as that)

That much is true lol.

Chelsea is the big task lets hope we don't have a repeat of last season against them. We can do well against the other sides though I hope anyway.

No value apparantly, Where as Bebe is value.

Fergie's losing the plot, Sneijder and Robben 2 seasons ago, Players who United could have done with and VdV this year. A type of player United are crying out for.

Fergie training up the youth so when he leaves the next manager has a mint squad? shocker?!
