Epic is giving away big games for the next few weeks again

Did you look at their financials? With these giveaways they are wasting serious amounts of money into a bottomless pit for no reward.

I'm really surprised they are doing one this year. I expect this one to be the last.
Probably shouldn't have siphoned your kids data off to China

just stumbled across this. Ive never played a wolfenstein game, so i'm interested in getting this for free.

How does it work? do i need an "epic games" platform? or are they steam keys?

you need the epic games launcher. most of the free games load direct from it though some use their own launcher once you load the game (opens then in origin/steam etc)

Thanks for that

It seems wolfenstein is capped at 60fps without some fiddling around. I'm less excited now. it feels so sluggish now i'm used to 144. cant complain if its free though i suppose. but why they cant update it to resolve this, or not lock it to 60hz in the first place, seems daft

Actually Ive always wanted to try Football Manager and they gave it away earlier didnt they?
Also the full Tomb Raider series as well?
Not all bad surely?
Got all the tomb raider trilogy, borderlands trilogy etc, bioshock trilogy, so many games i've claimed over the years lol I can't complain at all about Epic.

Not bad. I wanted to check that Lego game out. Surprised it’s not been on Game Pass yet.

First thing I thought of for tomorrow was Fallout 3 GOTY rerun.

Just a heads up, if Lego doesn't launch for you disable Riva server if you have it running, as it won't boot with that running.

Visually impressive and it has a lovely soundtrack, try it it's definitely one of those games that will be therapeutic. Has FSR, Ray Tracing etc.

It would be therapeutic, except the control scheme is doing my head in! Why have a short press for turning and a hold for placing a block? Why not just have different buttons for the two?
