I've got 2 friends both doing this job in Liverpool, one just started on the phones and one is still in the training stage, they both say it's a really fun job and the best they've ever had. They also think that the complex is an amazing place and the job oppotunities are too good to be true, so :confused:

Yes one of your friends is Ian and he's a good Lad

the building is amazing and the people are equaly amazing.
unfortunatly I don't feel to great about sitting at a desk with a head set on taking call after call after call like a robot from whinging people about no internet. some people can handle that but i cant.
pass my regards onto Ian next time you speak to him please.
