thanks but found it a little earlier, should have updated here
got the email sent to asrock with the serial number, just now need to wait on their reply with the address+rma number.
guess I'll have to rumage through my junk to find my crystal ball then
anyway they asrock have sent me the rma number and the address to send the board to, thing is they want 25euros or £15 cash in an envelope in the box and looking at the prohibited items list on sites such as parcel2go it includes cash.
asked at the post office and they want £35-£40(can't remember exact ammount) and thats untracked and only £46 insured(mb is £200+), the guy behind the counter suggested using a different courier service. parcel2go for example show dhl europlus as £15.20 + vat and to insure £200 is another £7.50 + vat so in total ~£27 inc vat, interparcel.com(anyone here used them?) are ~£3 cheaper.
so to go with insured or uninsured delivery?
looking on dhl website its saying £50 to deliver to netherlands for 3kg, 2kg is £40. so how come its cheaph through p2go etc?
need to check with parcel2go etc regarding the cash in the parcel issue before I can send it off(so monday/tuesday collection), so looking like its going to get to asrock end of next week and with their 5 day turn around it wouldn't be middle/end of the following week they sending me a replacement so looking at getting it back just a few days before christmas.
