Ah sorry I uninstalled Cordy at lunch, really fun game but my 3.7" screen really isn't quite big enough for the graphics on display as they're quite high res. I reckon 4" minimum for it so will get it again when I get a new phone

Also try out Camtranslate. It's like that realtime iPhone translate app that translates words via the camera onscreen - Very nice!

Which is better, that or Prey?

With Andorid market now up and running via website and able to install to phone from the website, is there any need for appbrain anymore installed on my phone?

The appbrain app takes some cpu so if not needed then I will just uninstall it although I do like the appbrain sync widget

I still use both. Have both AppBrain fast web install and AppBrain.

Prey is a different approach to tracking. I use both again if one doesn't work.

I removed AppBrain ages ago. The official site does the job better and I usually just go through the Market on my handset anyway.

with the auto-install from the market website, I never have need for appbrain any more - was good while it lasted though

you press the sync button on the widget and it goes off and sees if there's updates to your apps, if there is then it loads the updates appbrain page, if there isn't then it just gives a message saying no updates at this time.

Saves the hassle of opening up the market just to see if there's updates

so there is no point in it, as it takes 1 click the sync button, and also just takes 1 click to open the market.

Works fine for me, as does streaming BBC News online through Dolphin Browser Mini. Everything on TV also works fine. I'm on a DHD with Android Rev 3.2
