No problem :)

I paid £2 for Beautiful Widgets and im impressed.

The clocks can be made to look like HTC Sense, and you also have the Animated Weather Sequences which are pretty cool, ill attach some pics soon :)

As you can see my skin is changed for the Weather on the clock and the clock skin itself, you can change and download new ones to match your colour scheme :)

Nifty Stuff.

Also with the GO Launcher EX you can have folders on your home screens, so you can store your favourite applications etc, makes your screen less bulky :)

+1 for beautiful widgets - my other half has it on her phone and I think it's great :)

I've stuck with simiclock as I prefer the cleaner minimal style, but for customisation, BW is the mutts nutts :) well worth the money!

Also, Defiant, did you know there's a matching live wallpaper that runs with BW that'll animate the weather and time of day (day or night) in your current location?

THAT is slick! :)
 
Can anyone recommend a good video player? I tried searching for rock player on the market earlier but its not there for me, has it been taken off?

Must agree, first app i've paid for and i cant believe i had left it for like 2 months since i bought my phone :D

And i do, but my phone doesnt really handle it all that well - Orange San Francisco, will have a look into it and see if i can get it to work better again as last time i hadnt overclocked my phone :D
 
Ok time for my one stupid question of the day. Is there another way to pay for apps on android, i tried setting up a google checkout account but my current bank card isn't accepted.

On vodafone if that matters, new to all this android stuff :p

If anything, it would be PayPal, but i dont have any experience of it as i just linked my Card with my Google Account and paid for BW :).
 
I thought there might be another method, but I couldn't see any other option than card with the Google Account. Paypal would be more convenient but in the end it just adds another layer of complication I guess.

Yup :), because if you dont have PayPal already, its takes a good week or two to get everything sorted - e.g Get your funds, activate etc etc. I suppose having your Card on your Google Account is the best option for the "majority" with the minority having issues with cards not being accepted sadly :(

:D Hopefully when i get my Transformer in the next 3 weeks or so, ill get a 32GB SD card for movies etc :D

Yes, which is straight retarded. There's plenty of room for it to be displayed on each one, and having to scroll them to the top is way too fiddly, and completely unnecessary

Was thinking of slapping a 16Gb microSDHC into my Xperia Arc, but I have on question... As I have a lot of Apps installed onto the current 8Gb card, do I just do a 1 to 1 copy of the contents of the 8Gb over to the 16Gb and replace the cards???... will thst work or is there summut I have to do to get it to work!?!.. an App or a setting!?? :confused:
