Drag an app onto another app on a homescreen. It took me a while too!

Apex Launcher is what I use and you just create folders the normal ICS way (drag icon within an icon). For ICS newbies, folders can only be created on the homescreens and not within the app draw (menu).

What does Apex offer over Go Launcher? I installed it and used it briefly, but I can't see anything it is better at?

It doesn't really other than speed I guess.

Go has the most featured app drawer with folder support and nothing else comes close IMO.

Features wise it is lacking, but it is faster and straightforward.

Apex feels smoother somehow, also I prefer the folders (homescreen), I've started using folders on the homescreen instead of in the app draw, I don't even need the app draw anymore

i used to use go launcher but it has no hardware acceleration. nova and apex do and are noticeably smoother. i use nova

I prefer Apex over Nova, but there's not much in it between them IMO (both are miles ahead of the stock CM9 launcher though - what's the stock AOSP ICS launcher called?

Apex and Nova both look and feel almost look like stock ICS. I like extra features without looking too customised.

Does anyone know of a good ICS themed RSS readers? Using Greader Pro at the moment and it's excellent but I want apps that fit with ICS theme.

Tried Currents but it doesn't really function as a proper RSS reader like being able to star items and two way sync.

Anyone used GoodNews or Minimal Reader?

Pocket cast is not free but is superb and so much better than the free apps or other paid for apps.

BeyondPod is the best, but is around £5, so probably not any use to you.
