So, this is my month view in S Planner -

Pretty useless to me.

This is my week view in S Planner.

It's not bad, but it really bugs me I can't pinch to zoom out. I want to see my whole day, not just a section of it across the week. To me this is a major design flaw. I also generally don't find it as easy adding events, it definitely takes more 'clicks'.

Stock week view.

Perfect :)

How can anyone use stock calendar over the Samsung (or HTC)?!

It's so bare and lifeless and doesn't show details like the Samsung one does, stock JB calendar:

I love the stock calendar, just looks so much more professional that the Sammy version. Also prefer the JB SMS app too :p

The stock google one looks much better than the sammy calendar, seriously what the hell were Samsung thinking at the time when they were designing that calendar app? :o  Must have had some 90 year old guy designing it :p

But it does offer more information than the stock calendar, which is a nice bonus.

The sense one is the best of the lot! :p

that psn app doesnt work on mt htc one x. any suggestions? keeps throwing some unkown error when u open the app

Likewise for my S, apparently it is because Sony need to release a certificate still. There are files that you can flash though if you're rooted.

Is there a way to get the psn app on a galaxy nexus

No, only companies that have bought the rights for it are allowed to use it, so for now only HTC phones and SE phones obviously :p Think some other company also have the rights but can't remember who........

There might be a way around it later, but you will most likely have to root and probably something along the lines of flashing a zip file.......

Using the gmail app, how can you make the font's smaller - they are Huge!.
The inbox for instance, only 4 messages will display at a time on the screen. on older phones with 1/4 the resolution I could get 15+. (using a note II)

Try in GMail>Settings>General Settings>Message Text Size.

7 and a bit is the max I can get it to display here ( HTC Sensation )

The inbox itself is the worst with only 4 emails viewable at a time.

This is for the actual message size when you open the mail. Even with tiny selected, only 30% of the screen is available for the email message content. It gives me 5 options form huge to tiny, - It is already set to tiny :(.

On Tom's Guide I noticed something called SD-Booster, decided to give it a go and now my phone feels snappier! This app is great if you're forced to have most of your apps on a micro SD card (never going to buy a phone with a tiny 380mb internal memory again): https://play.google.com/store/apps/...1bGwsMSwxLDMsImRlLm1laHJtYW5uLnNkYm9vc3RlciJd

Really made a lot of stuff smoother like Bad Piggies, before it use to lag and hang, but using this to expand my 128kb cache to 1024kb solved it.

The one thing I don't really like at present is how some standard sites look on different browsers because of the way those browsers are seen by the site.

Google has rolled out the new mobile homepage which works on stock webkit nicely but not really utilised on Boat/Firefox and other browsers:
