Essential Android Apps

Guys can anyone recommend an app that will allow me create a shortcut folder/widget for the network drive I have. I can see it in file manger but it takes a while to scan and won't let me create a shortcut.

Sygic's last update made things so much smoother and added some neat features like TripAdvisor on the map itself. Auto redirect on traffic and other little bits like data usage counter on the map.

Actually liking this and will make use of it over Google for a bit to see how things go.

Rounded corners looks good!

I can recommend this: https://play.google.com/store/apps/...floating.stickies&feature=more_from_developer

It looks like Keep only shows the notes on the widget or in the app? If so that's no use as it means that I would have to remember whatever it is I need to do to actually check the widget/app. Basically the same problem I have with SNote, especially since I don't want widgets on my homescreen so I'd have to open the app :p.

I always have things that need doing so that isn't a particular limitation, the thought of stickies all over my rather small screen anyway doesn't really work for me.

I just create seperate todo's in the keep area and either have them as notes or check lists.

But yes if you need reminding to check that you have something todo that won't work :)

You guys should check this out. It's a nice subtle mod, screenshots don't do it justice so..

After giving this app more of a go I take it back, not sure I want it to handle more than a couple of notes - for that keep works but as a reminder on the home screen it works nicely and a minimise to side works very nicely as well

Keep really is disappointing for me. For a start the lack of being able to search a note is nuts.

I just realised, that's 43% battery left having been used all day. It's come to the point where I don't even look at my phone's battery any more because it's so good :P
