Is the market exactly the same for all versions of Android? Elements of it seem a little backward when I use it (1.6) - such as the search.

is there an app like on the iPhone that keeps track of your monthly allowance(for the mins and txt, got netcounter for the data) so don't have to keep going to the o2 website or txt?

so far downloaded 20 or so free apps since getting the desire on tuesday, got like 63mb left on the internal storage.

Droid Stats tracks calls + txts + 3G. Comes with a nice little widget too.

Yeah but surely there is a reason it isn't showing up on Market 1.6 (it won't work on doughnut)?
