iPlayer app is useless on SGS2 - however just setting up a favourite and brosing to the iPlayer website works perfectly... :confused:
 
No problems with the iPlayer app for me, only bug is status bar at the top is visible but it's black anyway so doesn't really cause a bother.

Might be my ROM then, it's quite choppy at times. Still haven't got around to upgrading...
 
No problems on stock KE7 or Villain ROM for me though, just the little bug mentioned above :p I watched Super Brands and Dr Who
 
I get horrible performance from the iplayer app on my SGS. Very blocky and always buffering. The website works better and seems higher res.
 
Whats a good task/schedule organiser people are using? I've tried astrid and aa task, gtask and google tasks. Astrid doesnt work very well if you want a task to be scheduled on several days(you cant select the days) and you cant hide them. AA task I keep getting duplicate entrys. Are there any others that are better?
 
Hi, can anyone recommend a decent video player or codec pack, if available, that might play some videos I have?

Got several hours worth of training vids from work I need to watch and never can find the time for self study, so thought I could make use of the ~10 hours a week I spend sat on the tube.

At the moment I get sound but no image when viewing them and wanted to avoid re-encoding them all if I can get away with just installing something instead.

Motorola Atrix, if that makes a difference to your suggestions.

Try these out.
RockPlayer, VPlayer Pro, MoboPlayer (will need this plugin for Tegra 2 as it doen't include the ARMs MPE :()
If they don't play you'll probably need to re-encode (or wait for Cyberlink Media Player or buy a SGS2 :D)

Well I thought i'd give it another shot, the interface is slightly easier to use than the website, but the instability and performance is a bit dodgy. I put a pretty damning review on the market, so I owe it to them to try it again now!
