I've been using Swiftkey since release and 'X Beta' is good but no better than the original. Seems like a money making exercise to me. Still it's free for now.

loved rockit.. till now for some reason it started to force close and it seems like it does it to everyone.. :/ odd bug no fix yet.. :] sticking with double twist for now even tho i don't like the interface

I don't think I've had an update to Astro since I installed it in November.

Looking for two apps (if they exist)

1) Is there an app that can download threads from the forum (ie so i dont need to use my data allowance, i find sometimes on my way to work that i dont get a signal for part of the journey)

2) I've started doing a lot more biking, and would like to just record the time i set off and end. I'm not interesting in my tracks as i found it wasnt too accurate, any suggestions?

2 - endomondo its quite accurate too

I have a stock Galaxy S running Gingerbread. I've installed Widget Locker and ever since it's become extremely sluggish almost to the point sometimes of being unusable, anybody else had this problem?
I'm using Go Launcher EX.

I've got rid of Widgetlocker now... great idea in principle, bit of a pain in the rear in practise imo due to it making you have two lockscreens to deal with on Android 2.2 and above.

Following on from my above post phone has just locked up completely, had to pull out the battery. I've now disabled Widgetlocker. Pity as it looked a really useful app.
