They updated ebuddy to include adverts at the bottom of the app so don't update unless you like wasting screen estate.

Really stupid when they don't give you an option to pay for an ads free version.

I certainly don't find it slow, scrolling is smooth and quick and rotation is swift as well and all widgets on screen seem to rotate on time. It was the same on my HTC Desire and it is now on the S2.

Tried the latest version and the problem still exists.

I installed it again last night after your post, rotated the device and randomly some of the icons do not appear until I rotate to and from the position again.

For example, I'll be in portrait mode with one row of icons. I switch to land scape and in some instances of doing so, either a few of the icons or none at all will appear in the landscape view. If I switch back to portrait and then back to landscape, sometimes that will make them appear.

Then going back to portrait, sometimes icons will not appear then either. The below video I uploaded demonstrates the issue, on some rotation cycles, the icons either do not appear or only some do. One one cycle, only the Market and Facebook icons appear.

LP Pro is definitely quicker, but not as nice looking.

I have never had this problem and you're the first I have read having it really, can only imagine it's your particular homescreen setup?

It does it on the default home screen before I've even played around with any icons. As per the above video.

i've had the rotation bug problem too with go launcher, where only the flashlight icon stays when rotating. I just have rotate disabled for the home screen only now.

Does anyone have a Samsung Galaxy S (the first) and run Darkysrom 9.5 or greater and use Viber?
Trying to sell a mobile and I have wiped the phone clean and someone wants to know if Viber works on it as supposedly it doesn't on some roms.

it's not the first time i've seen it though. infact it used to happen to me on old versions of go launcher, it was one of the reasons i went to launcher pro. doesnt do it any more though

Could you not just flash it to the current official rom?

:/ Well having a slight issue, Launcher pro has decided to fubar on me and i can no longer (launch) android withouth LP crashing nor can i load TW default software. LP seems to have lacked in updates which has caused it to fail with google mail.
Any advice how i can default back to TW and then i can find another launcher in the mean time.

I couldn't even do that mate it just crashed and crashed and got stuck in a loop

Managed to get to default TW now and uninstall LP now. But some apps are still crashing :/

Have you tried rebooting?

I know it sounds obvious but it can help

Yep , does the same thing ,

Might do a format and see what happens . Go Launcher seems a nice alternative though they are having the same issues with google.

It's googles fault, not the application. The blocked access to something needed to read
the message count.

You can get around this on all launchers with a modded gmail apk.
