I'll leave it installed for a bit and see how I feel, but I'm guessing I'll end up going back to the old one.

Well, it's been a week and I've just uninstalled the Market update and then deleted MarketUpdater.apk, going to stick with the old one as it's much better imo.
 
The market updated on my phone and then tried to update all my apps as well.
Lucky my 3g monitor flagged it up before I broke my daily Mb limit, but it was a bit of a shock.
 
What's your daily limit? I can't believe you'd exceed any reasonable limit by just app updates!

What network? So I can shun them!
 
New market is lovely, I personally hated the look of the old market everything just looked well horrible.

Books doesn't work at all though. Trying to get the sample of the Karl Pilkington book & it just says "encountered an error while retrieving part of this book from the server. Please try again later"

Same with the Fry Chronicles too. Anyone else got this problem?
 
Books works fine for me although the lack of choice for free books makes me sad! Also wish it had an option to use a black background.

In the settings there's a 'night time' mode which is white text on black background...
 
Hi guys, received my galaxy s 2 today, downloading some apps now/


wonder is there any "FOLDER GUARD" app- for example set password to specific folder so random people can;t enter it without entering password, thanks :)

Very odd it is working for my friend also.

Tried data network, wifi, clearing cache in applications & still no go.

Ah well never mind I'm sure it'll work soon.
 
Just noticed a google reader update tonight but after updating the market doesn't register it, anyone else noticing this?

LOL it's GiffGaff but I'm on payg data at the moment which means anything over 20Mb per day costs me 20p per Mb.
Now 20Mb is absolutely fine for me as I'm normally on Wifi at home and work.
I just turned off wifi for some reason and didn't turn it back on!

Google+, Maps and Gmail all added up to ~20Mb on their own.
