It is an awesome game but I still doubt that the 3G S could handle 40 cars - and it even seemed a tad jumpy at times.

Probably not unless it uses the custom in someway but I doubt it.
I have the App on both my iPhone 3g and on my old iPod Touch 2g. Runs a tad smoother on the 2g in my opinion.

Technically it can - but the £5.99 app is the same one as the one on 3G so only 6 cars for now - great game though - Im just too crap at using the motion controls...

I have it set for manual accelerator/brake and then the accelerometer for steering. Works pretty good. The game on a whole is a bit like GRID in my opinion.

Anyone tried Baseball Slugger? Well worth a try at 0.59p, I do not really care much for baseball though this is a pretty cool game. The online play is great fun.

anyone else noticed that since 3.0 and every update to the apps supports 'Push' that battery life has gone down the pan.

myNZB 59p - Great app for controlling Sabnzbd+, also allows for searching Newzbin/TV NZB for downloads and adds them to your queue directly. Very cool.
MPC Web Interface (Free) - Set this up by downloading an iPhone web interface layout and allowing MPC to broadcast over your local host, basic but it allows you to browse your PC and start watching files from there, also has standard playback controls and allows you to skip to a certain point in whatever you are watching. It works in Safari so I have it set as a home screen button.
The combination of these two apps mean I no longer have to get up and go on my PC to change to another TV show/start downloads manually.

Are you actually downloading the NZB to the Iphone and Iphone is downloading over your wireless connection? to your PC?
I use Newsleecher and Newzbin ans I am keen to implement a solution where I can download the nzb via Iphone and place that on the PC so Newsleecher can pick it up and start the download (This last part I believe Newsleecher can do out of the box)
I select what I want to download and this puts the report into SABnzbd+'s queue, doing this over WiFi.
Being able to search Newzbin irectly from the app is great. It's very fast too.

Thanks for the Tip Margaret, have just bought myNZB really nice application to go with the best usenet downloader
Just need to forward the ports now to my sab box, then i can queue up stuff when i'm at work from the mobile, go home flick the TV on and start watching
I have iFooty+ which I believe is supposed to use the new push notification feature. I have notifications turned on etc in settings but I am yet to receive even 1 notification regarding my chosen team in about a month. Am I missing something?
