Essential iPhone Apps

Not sure which software does this. But is there anything that can store documents and be read and possibly edited on iPad that is free. Even if i purchase page where would the documents be stored?

I was really looking forward to Opera but got fed up with the way it renders some websites (Check out YouTube)!. I then discovered Atomic Web. This is another browser that also supports tabs. So far I haven't found a site that it doesn't render correctly. You can also set a java applet to open sites from Safari in Atomic. There is a lite version you can try for free. Within 10 mins I purchased the full version at 0.59p and use it all the time now. My one wish would be for a speed dial feature like in Opera.

Using this myself too, really like it so far!

Bit of a long shot but does anybody know how to disable the alerts you get on the 'London Tube' app?

It's a great little app but every few hours updates with line status's keep popping up and it's very annoying and I can't see anyway to stop them!
