I just searched and I can't find it, checked on App Store on phone and via iTunes.
I downloaded it again the other day too. I guess they ahve removed them all as they have loads of variations of it. Maybe just getting ready to update it to iOS4?

If so it should be in your App Library ready to be synced across onto your phone.

yeah i have but i didnt sync it to my comp befor ei wiped it

Some people have reported bugs - but I've been playing bug free on my iPhone 3GS 
Got over a million population in one of my cities It's not bad, actually quite a detailed game, though I found the map to be a bit on the small side, and my city was completely full in a few hours.
Plays perfectly well for me and as above I've seen no bugs!
