At work, Draytek Vigor 2860n-plus.

At home, Asus RT-AC68U.

Don't think it's router related.

Easy to fix. Boot into Windows. Shutdown while holding shift. Boot back up.

If that doesn't solve it then do a Winsock reset

Open up Command Promt as Admin and type "netsh winsock reset" and reboot.

my mother has this with her laptop this week, uninstalled drivers and rebooted and all worked agian.

Oddly just stumbled on this thread while look for the solution for my PC, glad to see its just a bug with Win10
