I expected more from spain looks like they are settling for a draw.
Do you think maybe they've flattered to deceive ? looks maybe they played the russian side that we beat 3-0 comfortably rather than the side that beat us 2-1 in moscow.

They're both good goal scorers but Im not sure about most dangerous partnership. That being said I can't think of many other examples, most countries seem to play with one striker now a days.

Yeah I dont understand with putting Podolski on the left, whereas Schweinsteiger looks so dangerous there, Podolski would be much more dangerous up front with Klose (i say this knowing Podoslki has 3 goals from the left and Schweinstiger is now suspended :D)
 
What is Sam Alladyce on about regarding the offiside rule? In the example showed Villa was no where near the ball so of course he wasn't active, so he could not have been offside. What a plank Sam is :rolleyes:
