Interestingly Lahm is the only player to be picked by everyone so far from only 8 teams.

Unfortunately he's one of those players who I suspect gets in there through reputation more than anything else (I know that's why I put him in there ahead of the Portugal RB :o)

I thought Lahm had a very good tournament, he supported the attack well (especially as Podolski in front of him was a bit useless) scored a great goal as well.

He was dreadful throughout vs Italy.
Interestingly Lahm is the only player to be picked by everyone so far from only 8 teams.

What's more interesting is that everybody has seemingly picked him as the best Right Back of the tournament despite the fact that he played as a Left Back.

I don't know about the best eleven, but I thought Alba was excellent in all of Spain's games.

It was quite amazing to see him bombing up and down the left hand side in extra time against Portugal, almost as if he'd just come on!

Pirlo was great but soon ran out of ideas when he was pressed on the ball... something which seemed obvious but England didn't bother to do.
