Nope they haven't got them in Internationals, only Europa / Champions League and I'm guessing a few leagues in Europe have them as well, since it was first trailed in them.

I'm not sure, Ganso likes having a lot of time on the ball to pick his passes, it would be interesting to see how he would adapt to a faster more physical game.

Same could be said for Ramires, he's a really small skinny guy but can boss people about when they challenge him.

I don't think Robinho wanted it, he didn't look happy being at City and it shown.

Given the right players and team system any one could play in the Premier League, it's so varied now.
