Euro Truck Simulator 2 worthy of purchase

Do we have a setting in the config to tweak the turning on a wheel? I have the in-game settings maxed so I can do no more in-game. What I mean is, is that I want to have to turn my wheel more to turn a corner, right now I can turn a full corner moving the wheel less then I should have to.

Oh no I know it won't as it only does 90 degrees to the left or right, but I would like to be able to have a full lock if needed, even reverse parking I can get away with slight wheel movements. Just wondered if anyone knew the setting in the config to adjust even more if needed.

you would have to do that in your wheel settings (out of game) i set mine to 900deg.


my demo just ended, didnt even get to lvl 4! think i shall have to buy it.
 
Anyone buying this will not regret it, especially if you use all the mods in this thread, the Radio stations list and controls for 360 pad(if you have it of course)

I now have a 5 bay garage with 4 drivers with 4 trucks, paying off that bank loan will be easy!!

I don't mind this stuff, infact it makes journeys far more interesting :D

I've been playing the demo for this over the last few days.
Really surprised me with the level of detail, especially whilst driving.

I have a few questions for those who have gotten further:

Will there be destinations that aren't in a major city or town? I've passed a few depots in the countryside and wondered if they were used at all?
What is the likelihood that the developers will release DLC for extra maps, vehicle etc?
 
I have no idea about the developers making extras available but there seems to be a lot of modders about, there are quite a few fan sites and as this one is getting quite a rep I would say more things will come out, 12 mods were available before it was even released!!I don't see why the modders who so far have updated the badges(on trailers as well as companies) and the physics of the trucks couldn't make more detail in the game.....

I am at LVL 11 and drivers seem to push their luck a lot more which is very hazardous, just in a crash which done 78% of damage as a driver pulled out he was indicating but I was doing 55, no way of slowing down.
