Eurogamer Expo 2010

I got my press pass back when they first opened it up, I'm from up north too and plan on doing a little more than just play the games, but fully cover pre-releases for a website so we'll be staying a few nights.

There are three of us, and virgin give a massive discount for three adults booking at once, only £84 for all of us combined on a fixed return.

What evidence do you have to show them to get a press pass?

You just need to fill in the form @ http://expo.eurogamer.net/press.php

They didn't ask for any proof that my target audience figures were correct. If you are planning on applying for a press pass, I'd fill out the form soonish as they keep stressing on their Twitter that they are having to limit the number they give out as they have had a lot of applicants!

Hope that answers your question. :)

Anyone wanting cheap trains,

Try www.eastcoast.co.uk seems cheaper to buy from the operator rather than NR but I guess thats common sense!

if you're prepared to leave at awkward times or you get lucky some trains are super cheap.

I'm coming from North Yorkshire and got a outward and return for 28 quid!

Minor update to the showroom floor:

Enslaved: Odyssey to the West (Namco Bandai)
Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (Ubisoft)
Driver: San Francisco (Ubisoft)
Raving Rabbids: Travel in Time (Ubisoft)

Thanks for that link. I've had a look and I could get a return 1st Class ticket for Crewe -> Euston for £32 :)

Really looking forwards to tomorrow now. Leeds was good last year, but looking at the stuff that should be there this weekend it seems as though this could be a belter.

I want to at least try and get some hands on time with Dead Space 2, NFS: Hot pursuit, GT5, Motorstorm Apocalypse and some of the move games.

will hopefully be there sunday, all depends on how well the stag night goes.

I will definatly be in cue for Dead Sapce 2, Gt5 and killzone 3 3D if it s there though.

I'll be there Saturday! Got parking about a mile away so gonna try and get there early for muchos freebies which means I have to get up at sill o'clock! :D
