If I win I'll be getting two 32" 1080p monitors for my desk a brand new PC with the best spec currently commercially available, a projector screen and projector, a mac air, a golf gti and would start looking at half mill houses. Id give 20 mill to my parents, 10 mill to my sister. 1 mill to dogs trust.
Put 10 mill in my bank as play money for the little things I need and then I seek financial assistance to get the most out of my remaining money. Find out how feasible it is to run a pub etc.

Jumping from 0 to 100mill isn't good for you, it's why you see all these chavs that end up penniless in the same state they used to be except now they only have one nostril.
In the first year what I said enough would be a massive jump. I'd hate to get all the amazing things instantly you'd just get spoilt and bored within 3 years. I would work up to ridiculously rich over 5 or 10 years.
