No which I understand if you're racing a guy you can trust not to T bone you! Him and Grosjean had a good wheel to wheel battle with both guys respecting one another and Hamilton let him go.

1 lap to go and you've got Maldonado or Massa up your exhaust they won't think twice about turning in on you or into you you're better off living to fight another day and giving it up!

Not the right attitude to have but the FIA don't punish the offenders properly so what can you do?
 
It appears Red Bull are protesting against MS, he used his DRS in a yellow flag zone.

Vettel did this in Spain and got penalised.

I can understand why ge's planted his foot though, he was clearly going to sail past but turning right when going round a left hander side by side = tears all round. So glad for msc© all that bad luck and he gets 3rd. Good man.

Agreed.

Canada was full of people saying that the guys on older tyres should be able to defend and not just get mugged by DRS. Yet then when we see a driver defending on poor tyres people say he should have just conceded. :confused:

They are all racing drivers, they are out there to race.

Is that against the rules?

I thought only setting a fast sector time was against the rules. Using the DRS itself is fine, so long as you show you slowed down through the yellow zone.

You could do 1mph and open the DRS.
 
You can't excuse it even if Lewis did push him a little, that happens all the time but Maldonado is the only one who tries to come back on track when there is no way he can make the cornwr
 
I don't think anybody can deny after this year just how experienced, and fantastic Alonso is as a driver, even if you don't like him as a person. Every driver seems to have huge respect for him...

I'd definitely say Alonso/Hammy/Vettel are proving themselves as the best this year.

I meant in general, they have aggressive and often rash driving styles. Obviously aggressive drivers are fun to watch, and it's a fine line between being dangerous and being exciting, I think Lewis has matured past that point over the years, obviously Maldonado hasn't. There's a disproportionate amount of hate for Maldonado.

Hmmm, true.

Will see how it plays out, I guess he could be off the throttle as he travelled past the yellows. The DRS doesn't close until you hit the brakes doesn't it?

They are in a different league IMO, based on what I have seen from them this year.

Far from the first time pastor has aimed at someone, the guy should never have been allowed back into racing.
 
Am I the only one left wondering why EJ is praising Grosjean?

Whilst he's certainly got better as the years have progressed, and he's not done bad, he seems to have hit an awful lot of people this year, earlier on...

Bring on Silverstone though!

Rain and Hammy to win it? :)

Anyone know the odds on Vettel/Alonso/Hamilton being top three for championship? Thinking of putting a bet on it xD
