So you think the rules don't state the lead car decides the pace? Also that Vettel deliberately hitting Hamilton is ok?

Hamilton did nothing wrong. Vettel simply got too close to Hamilton and misjudged. Vettel then went to the left side of Hamiltons car and bumped into it. Coulthard reckons Vettel didn't use his car as a weapon but lost control during his anger.
So really, Vettel should be penalised for two consecutive incidents.

10 second stop go wouldn't surprise me as the penalty for Vettel there, or post race investigation and a race ban.

Vettel driving into the side of Hamilton was blatantly deliberate, they have to be tough on that.
