Yeah.. it was getting in the way, he had it tied back and then cut off. He broke his hand aswell apparently.

The thing that rules out most European acts we have heard of is because they are British and the British have a very snobby attitude towards Eurovision.

Just had a look and it seems the only rule is as follows:

There is a rule which forbids any song being entered which has been previously commercially released or broadcast in public before a certain date relative to the Contest in question.
