Leeds doesn’t have the same configuration as Sheffield (everything is more flat), on the other hand, what stops you to answer ?

Didn't realize asking for a local car chat was a proposal! Guess I'll have to tone down my charm
What you do is use ABRP App plan your usual journeys in it. It will estimate the energy usage and takes into account hills, speed etc.
It doesn't really matter where you are. Lots of places have hills.
The main difference is they are in Sheffield...

Lets bring this back on topic, enough...
If your question is how much impact can hilly terrain have on a Model Y, then that's fair enough..
For its size, the model Y is quite light at 1850kg (RWD), it's also got a very efficient drive train, so the impact is going to be below average.. My experience of driving in hillier places (Plymouth/South Devon and The Lake District) is about 2-5% increase in consumption (looking at the energy monitoring stats)
Even if you find someone living in Sheffield it will entirely depend on which journeys you do and which terrain you travel over, there is quite a chunk in/around Sheffield that is relatively flat..
When you put in any destination, Tesla's mapping takes in to account the terrain (it assumes one person in the car) fairly accurately.. I often go fully loaded and the effect is quite small.

Has anyone got any experience of Hankook iON FlexClimate tyres on their EV? I currently have Michelin primacy 4 (pol) on my polestar 2, but have always ran all weather tyres since an unfortunate slide which resulted in 2 buckled wheels. I had Continental AllSeasonContact 2 on my T-Roc but the rolling resistance is very high on those. I was looking at the Hankook iON FlexClimate or the CrossClimate 3 but leaning towards the Hankook iON FlexClimate because they were made for EV’s.
I've got the EV labelled contis on mine, made basically zero difference to range. If you liked them as a tire I wouldn't worry about rolling resistance.

Well we're off to the Netherlands in our EV on Saturday, our first long trip in an EV.
We're headed to the east near the german border, and I was set on a two stop strategy but a collegue who works in a dedicated EV part of our business convinced me to do a one stop strategy by using a full charge from home to get to Calais (tunnel) and then taking advantage of the 31p per kWh chargers there.
Got the Electroverse app set up and tested it in a local supermarket car park charger, and it's very simple to use.
So fingers crossed we're all set.
