Agreed, despite mine having these WiFi issues. The Smart Home Charge techie is coming today to fit the replacement WiFi module, although I could have easily done it myself. I can hopefully show how it is constantly dropping offline.Wifi/ethernet connection is preferable as you aren't then beholden to monthly SIM "connection" charges when the grace period finishes (aka ohme, where they'll charge £2/mth for the pleasure).
Also with the SIM connection, you are relying that the service in your area is acceptable.Reddit - Please wait for verification

I am using, and would recommend the hypervolt home 3 pro. This has both wifi and ethernet access, and the app is pretty decent. Also has octopus integration.
Fingers crossed it resolves this or it is plan B, which I will will do myself.
