Ever 'met' a sleeper ?

Cryfreeman - was it you who was merrily spanking Evos at Beaulea(sp?) in an XR2?

*n

Not me :(

Beat a lot of Evo's at the mlr sprint at haynes though, this was in my friends XR2 Turbo.

Came first on a differant scooby/evo day to :D

Great little car, you will like it as extreme camber on front :D

Catching people by surprise in an a car not known for it's power is addictive - especially with beemers and golfs for some reason. Not that I would ever be silly enough to try and be silly on the roads.

I was taught a lesson on my bike by a Murci on the M1 - they're pretty stonking machines, I had nothing on it by the time I was over the shock! He was a good sport though. Fez drivers aren't so fun though, but Porsche and Merc are the worst for wanting to play :(

Other night on the way home from Reading, I was on the dual carriageway and what I thought to be a bog standard C Class pulled up next to me, practically begging me to race him, which I declined as I wasnt in the mood....he then proceeded to floor it away and at about 80mph it made me look like I was standing still making a roaring V8 noise. When we got to the lights I thought "right, now Im going to have a go" and booted it off the lights, I managed to get a good head start to about 60 (being 4WD I expect) and after that this thing just made me look like I was standing still. It was only as he was flying away I spotted the quad tail pipes and the words BRABUS on the back :o

Made me laugh :p

Indeed. Even if the Z4 was a 2.2 and the Rover a 620Ti the pwnage is hard to see..

It's a standard looking maroon, bubble shaped Rover200 with a 1.8 K-series lump tuned to about 210bhp. I'm not going to attempt to regail the spec as I'm sure Huzeee will be along to tell you more.
