Exam stress

I find going for a walk actually helps a lot - especially if it's nice. I quite like taking my notes to a nice secluded coffee shop with a good view of the passing world and just sitting there reading through it, occasionally switching to a book or magazine just to break it up :)

I'm sure you'll come through - best of luck to you :)

Thanks for all the serious replies. I'm going to meet my personal tutor today to discuss it with him.

For all the people having a go, I was in exactly the same situation last year and I was fine, so I have no idea why I'm feeling like this now! I think a large contributing factor is living away from my girlfriend (of 4 years) this year and having to live in a shared house with people I don't get on with, which ends up with me hardly ever going out as all my mates live miles away.

Good luck for everyone else who has exams :)

exams are a pain. Had one yesterday and a demonstration for advanced interent systems this morning (9.15) I think the exam went reasonable and the demo this morning went good

For the exam revision I compressed materials onto one piece of A4 both sides and looked at that quite a lot. Slowly you will remember stuff, just dont hammer it for hours or your brain will turn off and not remember anything (or mine did that) I have the short term memory of a fly and that made me remember.

Also as already said, go to the gym or do some pressups/pullups etc
I spin poi (just weights in socks) to morcheeba for a few hours, that really helped me de-stress. Also eat right and get some good sleep, easy after a gym session/home gym then shower

good luck everyone
