Hi, I want to create a excel sheet that will allow me to calculate how much fluid I need to x amount for my car cleaning products etc, Ie 500:1, I can’t seem to remember how to do it. My google searches have failed me thus evening.

Are you asking how to multiply or divide something by 500 (or similar) in excel?
Might need a bit more clarity here - with regards to what you're actually asking. But are you familiar with just entering basic formulas etc..?

So you multiply by 50... or if you want the amount in one column to represent mls and the other one to represent ptrs then you multiply by 0.05...
What is it you need help with there - if you look at the above link say re: entering a basic formula then what part is the issue?
