Soon to be two more :)
We've seen a few in that area actually and they interested us. Coswick Lane Coswick Hill, Wellington Road...

i live on duckworth road- houses there are typical of the area- if you want a looky at the inside etc, then feel free. ours has been knocked through downstairs so its kind of open plan- looks sodding enormous for a mid-terrace house.

anyways- gimme a shout on msn/email (any of you!) if you want to go for beerage!

Ever thought about the surounding towns? Exeter is a very grid locked city in rush hours and the public transport is next to useless
There are some very nice places along the estury on either side that are probably better priced. with the added extra of being away from all the holiday makers in summer

If anyone fancies finding the buyers and convincing them not to go ahead with it... I will bake you brownies for a year! :p
Hmmm, I could get through a lot of brownies in a year!

How "persuasive" would you like me to be? ;)

We have looked a little, and I guess its not totally out of the question. However I am going to be a course there involving placement, so getting to and from said placement may be more tricky from outlaying villages and towns... I think we would rather be "in" exeter but suburban - outside the ringroad.
