Search for Thermalright Helios Solid Interface on rainforest. It's basically a rebranded PTM7950. £4.39.
 
I don't know if its "pump out effect" but I noticed temperature rising after initially having really low temps. I've bought some Helios solid interface V2 now. I will be applying these pads with a 9800x3d and 6800xt both watercooled. Its the long term performance which concerns me (2 years in between loop maintenance).
