Experience of Bequiet service - LGA 1700 adapter

I'm having a very poor experience with BeQuiet right now and am wondering if others have had the same experience with them.

I have a Dark Rock Pro 4 on my 11400 and am considering upgrading to a 13600 or 13700 (and also considering a Ryzen) so I decided to buy their LGA 1700 adapter. After an email correspondence with a front-line CS guy I duly paid by bank transfer and heard... nothing. I've checked the bank transfer details and they appear to be correct. I asked the CS guy if he could request that my payment could at least be confirmed. Nothing. Is this normal for BeQuiet?

I get a response on various issues within 24 hours, so definitely not normal. Maybe try the usual spam folders etc.

I had no problems Quartz ... but I had mine sent to me for free as I uploaded proof purchase and that
arrived around 7 days from germany this was about 2 months ago

And it appears that the bank held and then cancelled my transfer. I've yet to find out why. I didn't think to check again - after all, I had already checked - and so when I asked Bequiet to confirm that they had received my money and I got no response at all I went elsewhere. I'll just leave my Dark Rock Pro on my old CPU.

Rather buy a new cooler, always knew it would be a hassle to find one.
