I hate people who say us short guys seem to have a chip on their shoulders. If anyone said that to me I'd find a step ladder, place a yellow pages on top of it and smack them one in the crotch.
Be careful with that one, once caught a group of women discussing anything under 7" was small.
I agree. I am 5'11, never had any height related problems.![]()

they want a guy who is taller than them in heels, ideally 6ft or more.
Lots of tall people look malformed anyway...many are gawky and awkwardly lanky. Often have those outward pointing lower legs etc..and hardly any seem to lift..
Being 6'5 doesnt mean a thing if you weigh 10 stone.![]()
ROFL.... chip.shoulder.
And if their family owns a distillery (not Bells) then...

Well, a positive bias.
But I'm sure some accents are enough to put you off, as are some heights, weights or a hundred other factors.

Probably does. You're 'excluding others' that may feel 'prejudiced and extremely upset' over your choice![]()

.
.I'm 6'2" and I was in a gallery the other day when a guy about a foot taller than me walked in. I was in awe.
To be fair this threat is not about inconvenience, it's about discrimination based on height, ie stuff like manlet, teasing, work place discrimination, and what you saw on twitter.
The inconvenience of opposite sex not liking certain traits or being too tall to need to bend all the time or too short to tip toe or have a step stool with you is not what this threat is about, although some whining about inconveniences were mentioned.
Do other taller than average people find it odd when you meet someone considerably taller than you?
Being 6ft 3 it doesn't happen all that often, so it feels quite weird having to look up to someone.

plenty of time i got turned down and i am 6'6.

Incorrect assumptions that you can't get tall manlets.
A 6 foot 4 guy who weighs 11 stone is still a manlet, just one that will struggle to find clothes that fit.
