External device for hard drive

I have few old hard drives with important data on them, these hard drives are not connected in side my pc but is there a way I can connect them externally so I can move important data from them??
Also these drives has old windows installed will this become a problem???

This looks ideal thank you , will there be a problem if 1
Of these hard drives has old copy windows installed still? Will it conflict with newer windows on my pc??

No, as generally you boot up then hot plug the drive in and its is found as a USB, you might have to seize control if the files you want are in a user folder, but that should be an issue
