External Hardrive Problem

I have a 1TB external my book Hardrive what works good but when i turn my pc on in the morning my pc stops at the screen below and does not move until i press reset. It then comes back to this screen again but then continues into windows ok. If i disconnect my external drive it goes into windows all the time.

Make sure your PC is set to boot from your internal HD only.
Ignore/disable any other devices in the boot order setup screen.
Make sure its set to ignore errors on boot.

It's your bios trying to initialize and/or boot from the usb drive.
