winrar copies to a temp location first, then moves the files to where you selected (or at least it used to..)

Ahhhh right i see what you mean, after a bit of searching around and noticing there are a lot of people moaning about this "feature" p) it would seem that right click "extracting here" to the desired location bypasses the temp folder which is why i've never really been bothered by it...
