So is this being showen on sky in the afternoon or not? I'm confused. Nothing on the f1 channel showing.

Edit - it's the second Barcelona test, not the second test. Why not just say third test.

Still the second test is it not? given the ...10 days? since they last tested here

Just hoping there are some really interesting pieces on some of the cars (I doubt it some how though)

............ Melbourne is farrrrrrrrrrr too long a wait for my liking lol

McLaren's Sergio Perez set the pace midway through the first morning of the second pre-season test.

The Mexican was 0.158 seconds faster than Mercedes' Nico Rosberg after two and-a-half hours' running.

Force India's Paul di Resta was third fastest, 0.297secs off the pace as teams made a slow start to the test.

Fourth fastest was Ferrari's Fernando Alonso, who was having his first run in the 2013 car after deciding to sit out the first test two weeks ago.

^^

Pointless article from Benson as usual, even before it's published it's out of date. They've just hit lunchtime, and the up to date order is...

1 Vettel Red Bull 1m23.046s
2 Raikkonen Lotus 1m23.571s +0.525
3 Alonso Ferrari 1m23.626s +0.580
4 Maldonado Williams 1m23.733s +0.687
5 Ricciardo Toro Rosso 1m23.884s +0.838
6 Perez McLaren 1m24.124s +1.078
7 Di Resta Force India 1m24.144s +1.098
8 Rosberg Mercedes 1m24.520s +1.474
9 Gutierrez Sauber 1m25.136s +2.090
10 Pic Caterham 1m27.534s +4.488
11 Chilton Marussia 1m28.068s +5.022

Vettel has been setting quick times on the hard compound, whereas I think others have been using the medium. Testing and continually improving track conditions not withstanding, it's ominous.
