It does, had my G29 same wheel and its taken me a while to get used to it. Coming from a DFGT the G29 is vastly different.

the FFB, pedals, everything just felt so different, but once you get it dialed in, amazing wheel IMO

I can actually do a reasonable job of manual gears and no ABS with this wheel. Good stuff :)

My lines through corners are much better now, very smooth.
 
This game is definitely getting me itching to buy a gaming wheel :D Just not sure my cheap IKEA desk could withstand the abuse :p

Yeah, it was what some of the top ghosts were doing. A few tracks you can massively cut corners and get speed advantages. Haven't touched time trial since as I felt a little guilty and will wait until it is fixed :)

In the mean time can't get the hang of this new wheel. I am slow with or without ABS and gears. I just cant stop locking the wheels with these pedals :(

Come get it :D But I know it can be broken easily bud so good luck :)

Actually I just set a faster lap of 1.25.837 but I know there is another 1-1.5 seconds still I just keep messing up parts of the lap!

Bit confoozed CR. What were you using before to make the G920 difficult for you? Pad?

I just need to beat your time first in Oz then I will come to Canada....

Man that's a tough one also.

Logitech Force EX - it was a very budget wheel :D

Everything was plastic and not very precise where as everything on this is metal.

I have never had all of the wheel settings at 0 before - usually some crazy high numbers. Takes some getting used to. That said, much more immersive with some decent paddles and brake.

I can massively improve that Canada time, just not quite used to not having ABS!

Erm yeah hence why I said i keep ABS on for many racing games since getting the G29, I'm so heavy footed with the pedals, I'm getting better, I mentioned in the Assetto Corsa thread that my times plummeted once I got the G29, but I'm slowly getting back to decent times again.

It is a much better experience and it feels a lot more real - but its a bit of a shock coming from a cheaper wheel and pedal set to the G29, and the G29 is still considered cheap budget by some..

As tecman mentioned, recommend to keep abs on...

Ive turned TC to medium where I am controlling throttle, just wish there was a low setting as the jump from medium to off is quite big. I'm sure there are a few 10ths to be had with no TC.

I turned off brake assist, but kept ABS on, as for traction control, I love it in the dry being off, as wow that kick you get when you floor it, and you spin, it feels planted but you are also losing control, but in the wet - wow, its impossible so TC on it goes.. lol

no drs on it. it was on the first straight he hits turbo.you cant cut the corner to gain the speed either where you get the boost i tried it.very odd.

basically you go flat out and he shoots past you at almost twice the speed.you cant catch.thats the extra time aswell.for the whole lap.

could be a bug but its not a cut that gains the speed so where it comes from who knows :p.as said.unless there is some glitch to get the extra speed.
