good race. next time, tyre wear & collisions
also... 1 mistake cost me the race, pressure by unknown got to me2nd mistake cost me 3rd
yeah you gotta watch that unknown hes a trick character

Is there another one of these going on soon? I'm a bit gutted I didn't check the forums earlier, especially as I've just done Montreal in career so I know the track fairly well. What were you guys lapping it in?

1:12.2 was my qualy time I think (pole) in a HRT
think me and unknown were at about 1:13 until I crashed out, not sure about after that

I think when I did it in career it was slightly slower than you guys, somewhere around 1:15. I'll have to look out for the next race night.good race guys.i need to get a lot better after playing with u lot.think i was 5th or 6th.for some reason i had to pit twice.maybe a 10%race without pitstop would be better.once again good race chaps and well done the winners.My best was a 14.6.i could not last the monaco race.

Firstly, props to eekfek for sticking it out
Secondly, next time can we have more things on, like tyre wear, full damage (seemed to be visual only), collisions maybe up the distance as well.
Not a fan of the overtake method of "drive through the other player" or the tyre strategy of options until last lap.
good races though, still need some practice at monaco, started to get my times down but was waay to inconsistent

Well done all I think. I had great fun, just finished a very demanding monaco race. Definitely some fast players here, I look forward to perhaps racing you again. That pole time at Montreal was unreal, was it a custom setup? I was running default and maxxed out at 1:13.8 ish.

thought you had pole at monaco... you seemed much faster than everyone else, during the race atleast. Was struggling to keep up (was losing time every lap) then hit a few barriers and spent the rest of the race hoping unknown was failing more than me
that first race was brilliant, I managed to spin the car practically every lap 
.. didnt realise we were all 'ghost' cars so the first corner I was very hesitant hehe then realised collisions were not on!!
let's make this a regular event, stick with montreal for a month and slap on full damage and collisions with no driver assists and manual gears for all

Didn't get the monaco pole, only had a chance to do one flying lap, made mistakes on all the others. The race went a lot better for me, especially on the option tire. With the prime I struggled to match the fastest times I'd set. It was about 0.500 sec slower on the prime and I was wringing it out for all it was worth!
I think I could drive Monaco blindfolded, I've wasted so many hours on GP4 racing it, the F1 2010 incarnation flows quite nicely.

Great race lads. Yea the Pole at Canada was something else. I could quite beat it.
. My setup is a cutsom one. Best thing to do is select one one the default ones and modify that.
eekfek deserves a medal for monaco no doubt.

I'm used to the F1CE version of monaco, can drive that blindfolded. But this version seems much bumpier which really throws off the braking points, much more fun Kept locking brakes at the left hander at top of hill (which I knew numbers OR names) and luckily avoiding the wall

EDIT: Yeah, the corner at the top of the hill caught me out in quali. The first corner is a total biatch in this version though. Very bumpy, extremely easy to lock the brakes there and the curbs are difficult to see. I lost a lot of time there every lap as I was being cautious. A braver soul than I would probably make up .25 sec just there.

Yeah, that pole time was over 1s faster than my TT times, not a clue where I pulled it from. My setup was just the full dry with a tweaked 7th gear for the long straight, worked quite well, not quite right though, still hitting limiter too early
I know, lapped you before my pit, and nearly got you again on the final lap
I would have been using my mic to swear at everyone, but the game decided I no longer have one
I actually had pretty terrible problems in every session with crackling audio and at the same time (quite often) massive slowdows to 10 fps or so for about 5-10 sec each time. Missed lots of braking points because of that, anyone else experiencing that bug? I'm running a 5870.
