All the teams quickest laps excluding HRT/Marussia, were within a second.

All the FIA need to do is have mandatory height sensors on the bottom of the wing, logging to the ECU.

Apparently many other teams are currently planning/undergoing front end crash tests, suggesting more W ducts.

One of these teams is reportedly Ferrari who also have apparently crash tested some new side pods. Bit of a gamble if so.

RBR have confirmed they are using the 'B spec' chassis they ran in the last 2 days of testing for Melbourne.
