That looks like a light fuel run to me. If you look at the other teams, McLaren are close together as a Renault & Ferrari aren't miles apart. It looks like Williams, RBR & possibly Toyota sent one guy out to do some quick laps whereas the other teams are looking for consistency between the cars.hp7909 said:

I'm not a football or cricket fan although I am a superleague fan (Hull Kingston Rovers)
It's so lame in this day and age and for the fact that the itv coverage goes around the world they should be ashamed!

Oh god no! Have you seen the A1GP coverage?? Andy Prilaux is the pundit, he makes Nigel Mansell look charismatic and exciting! I've given up watching it because he makes me suicidal...wonder_lander said:Maybe sky sports will bid for the contract next time it's renewed!

How many times this season did the coverage go to an ad break, and something happen, Schumacher engine failure anyone?
Also, if it did go back to the Beeb, then bring back the good old F1 music by Fleetwood Mac, the best F1 theme ever.
On another note, hopefully the RBR time isnt just a flash in the pan, as then there would be one more team up there challenging for the win, and with Michael not around, i think the sport needs the close competition to keep people interested.

Lunatic Dreyfus said:From what I can remember, the BBC's coverage was never exactly mind blowing and I personally think ITV do a far better job. When you're in the mood for a good Grand Prix the pre-race build up is spot on. Okay, the adverts are a complete disaster I admit, and drive me nuts too, but what can be done? IMHO all they really need to do is find someone decent to replace James Allen. He's a complete nightmare.
The one thing ITV have never really got right though is the intro music. I have to agree that the old BBC intro was unbeatable. Yet even if the Beeb did get F1 back, I doubt they would use it, as it's a bit too 'hairy chested' for today's world.
Anyway, back to the hot air and pre-season mud slinging...![]()

And with him and Blundell managing a number of other drivers I really think that is a pretty major conflict of interest. They are not likely to ever say anything overly bad about their meal tickets are they.
