FA Cup weekend and other football games *SPOILERS*

John Motson used to be ok but now hes very dry, dull and boring and is a defo Man U fan.

As for the rest, Graeme Le Saux, Mark Lawrenson, Alan Shearer, Alan Hansen and Gary Linekar, there either boring commentators, horrible jokes and inuendos, smugness and as for Ian Wright....

Plus, MOTD2 is horrific.....*shudder* Adrian Chilies is by far, the most, WORST of all. Gordon Strachan is not made for TV dude. :o

Also that stupid thing where there give there own analysis! shoulda done this, shoulda done that....grr.

Sky is the best, nothing beats the old Martin Tyler and Andy Gray partnership :D

Pathetic, gutless perrformance from United today. I'm just gutted it was Smith and not Fletcher who looks to have broke his leg!

I said Fergie should have been sacked after our exit from the CL and i stand by that. What worries me more is that he seems happy to sit in the stands nowadays leaving Queiroz to act as manager. I'm worried this is the start of thwe handover to Queiroz as manager...hope i'm wrong.

Well done Liverpool (its hard for me to say that!) but you deserved it today. Its just a pity your supporters are a bunch of *****.

I agree with the BBc coverage. What was it Lawrenson said? 'It was the power of Riise's shot that caused Smiths injury!'. What a knob! :p

from a chelsea fans perspective Fergie and Queiroz need to be sacked if you guys are ever going to challenge us again.

I've been saying this for the last 2 yrs. Although I would prefer if Ferguson retired than be sacked, either way we will not move forward as a team until they're both gone. I'm very grateful for Ferguson for the last 19yrs, but just like players, managers have 'their' day and peak in football, and they should accept that fact and move on.

When Ferguson does go, I would love a complete clearout of coaches (except Brian McClair) especially Mickey Phelan who would be right next to Fletcher in terms of ability and influence to the team in his playing days. I would sack our scouts as well especially Ferguson's brother Martin who is Chief Scout. I would ban Ferguson's son from ever acting as an agent for a player. But it's not going to happen.

Lawrenson also said that it was his right left, when clearly on camera they were strapping up his left leg. What a muppet!

Deserved win for Liverpool, and really feel sorry for Smith, he always gives 100% and he gets that as reward!

As for BBC, rubbish coverage with some shocking comments, fave was "Put Gerrard left back and he's still the best player"

Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson expects Alan Smith to be out for a "long time" after he suffered a horrific leg break against Liverpool.
Midfielder Smith collapsed in agony after he went to block a John Arne Riise free-kick in United's 1-0 defeat.

A grim-faced Ferguson said: "It's a bad injury and he will be out for a long time. It's a bad blow for us and it sums our season for us."

Smith had come on as a substitute for Darren Fletcher in the 76th minute.

Gutted for Smithy :(

Shocking performance from MU but what do you expect with
that **** poor midfield

Someone shoot Fletcher ffs

 How can you say that about our supporters. Would a United supporter pass a Liverpool player a cheeseburger, especially on his birthday and during a match? I think not. Charity at it's best. Well done Liverpool. I hope Smith gets well soon.

Hate watching footy on bbc with John Motson commentating I'm sure he was wearing a man utd shirt whilst commentating. Man utd this and man utd that ,still the disappointment of the footy being on bbc was made up for a liverpool win :)

I have never heard John Motson admit or claim that he supported any team in the Premiership now or in his childhood. Although I've heard that he has a fondness for Everton and Spurs.

Smith actualy broke his leg and dislocated his ankle, that makes it even more of a freak injury. In some cases, the ankle has to be broken to put the joint back in. I hope it's not that bad.

Poor Lad. :(

Four wingers in midfield pretty much sums it up for Man United. If one of those was Park I could have got a bit more excited. Liverpool had a far stronger one and that made the difference.
