Articles been updated.

Update (9/24/2015): After results from other sites began to go live, it became apparent that our performance figures for Fury X and the 980 Ti were oddly low. We’ve inserted a section above (and new benchmarks) to explain what happened and examine the new data. Relative performance between lower-end AMD and Nvidia cards is also now addressed.

Guess we find out when we all get are hands on the Benchmark.

Yeah definitely need some user benchmarks - looks like the AMD provided results have been um "massaged" if you compare to a broad spectrum of results from other sites (even taking into account some sites using factory OC parts).

Looks like Unreal Engine 4 doesn't support Async Compute for PC but does for Xbox One. Sadly we won't see Async support anytime since UE4 is Nvidia partnered. AMD has done well for the DX12 drivers judging by the 300 series performance.

Yeah the 390X does surprisingly well - you need a fairly decently OC'd 980ti to pull away from it a meaningful amount.

AMD seem to disagree with you.

I see nothing wrong with this post, our performance is good across the board. This game is using Async Shaders too, you can expect that a lot in future DX12 titles due to the consoles being able to use the feature. :)

Every game from now on will have asynchronous shaders according to AMD because it's all they have to shout about, that's why they've launched a media campaign making such a mountain out of molehill. It's probably the only thing they could find about their cards that was marketable, even though the games they've shouted about so far are yet to show any tangible benefit.

Sadly wrong there on all of it and ACE is indeed a feature of the Unreal Engine.

any references?

Firstly you have AMDMatt who said it and then you confirmed it.

PCPer if you don't want to believe Matt

Fable Legends is a gorgeous looking game based on the benchmark we have here in-house thanks in some part the modifications that the Lionhead Studios team has made to the UE4 DX12 implementation. The game takes advantage of Asynchronous Compute Shaders, manual resource barrier tracking and explicit memory management to help achieve maximum performance across a wide range of CPU and GPU hardware.

You're welcome :)

And you did even say that the UE4 has Async compute on the Xbox One, which in turn will also be the same for the PC, albeit with slight variations :D
