Apologies, I just joined today and the sudden influx of pure coolness seems to have broken the system.

I was wondering why people liked such a slow and buggy system but obviously it's not always like this.

It's handled me being on there since February so I doubt that's the problem.

I have a friend request I rejected earlier. Now when I click (1 friend request) it just redirects me back to the homepage, so I can't do anything about it.

That is true, but if it is true, how the hell did bebo ever get off the ground. Does anyone with an ounce of intelligence use that? I doubt it.

Off topic, but as uninportant as facebook is it raining as hard where you live as much as it here in east London? I hope it lasts till when I decide to go to bed, as it really lulls me to sleep!

Its the website atm, I think their doing some updates on it the past week and for next week possibly too.
Although I haven't got any emails from the team (I'm on the developers emails), but as far as I can tell from what I've heard they are installing some new updates to do with the new linking people in comments ect, this has caused a few things to play up.
I will comment as soon as I hear any official news if the problem hasn't stopped by then

Had problems with FB here on/off for a couple of weeks now. Especially annoying during the evenings, I agree its more than likely capacity issues with the amount of users on the site!
