I admit I panicked a bit. Managed to change password in case but for some reason I cant log in on my phone with new password, says not matching or something
Edit: just tried again and had to enter a code and do a new password, all good now.

I haven't noticed, as I only check FB once every 2-3 weeks and post, maybe 3 status updates per year. Instagram I don't use, but like I said in a recent thread only a day ago, use a proper photo hosting web site such as Flickr. Instagram is for posting your dinners, your MLMs and your house interiors with obligatory grey colour scheme.
YouTube on the other hand would have been noticeable because I watch YT most days of the week.

I get nothing bad, just the Groups I'm involved in and the Friends I want, if you get rubbish it's because you don't know how to set it up.
Properly then ?
I seem to get nothing but adds on my news feed to stuff I’ve never looked at .
So any advice be great .

A bloke on here recently thanked me and loads on Facebook.
Go to your Feeds and you can click on Friends, Groups, Favourites and All.
If you click on All you will get loads of Ads.
If you set Favourites up with only the things you want you only see them.
Simple pimple.
