Faceparty.....?

I don't know how people can say and believe it has been hacked? :s A site as large that wouldn't just have staff that goes home on friday and doesn't monitor it over the weekend. It is just them mucking around with the site, trying to generate publicity which it is clearly doing.

Yet another ridiculous publicity stunt from a site that has long since lost it's raison d'etre (to the likes of facebook). Now, from what I've heard, it's just full of angst-ridden teenagers (especially after banning all the more grown-up membership). Time to throw in the towel. :/
 
its not a hack. last year or the year before the admins shut the site completley, posted a big F£%^ off letter on the front page and went to the zoo.

true story, its on thier wiki.

If their parents were ok with them being on there, i doubt they would now... and with them alienating their older members they won't have much left... let alone any fee paying members.

I think they deleted Older members who hadnt logged in for a Long period of time, i think and members who didnt have any profile pic etc.
But i did hear of a lot of legitimate members getting deleted to.
but they did post up there reasons on the website of why people was getting deleted.

the admins on faceparty have always been a little bit off the wall, this does seem like a bit of a brasseye move though, interesting to see what trouble it causes, anyone told the daily mail about it yet?

It's basically another myspace/ bebo site.
Never saw the point in connecting to people you don't actually know online, surely it would just be easier to go outside and make some freinds?

And why would you need a book for it either.

Actually, I forgot i'm posting on a site full of computer nerds :D

Yeah walking up to people in the street and saying "Can i be your friend?" is really effective
 
It's not a hack, they do stuff like that all the time.

They had a dog weekend once, where they turned everyones pictures into dog pictures.
